Okta Integration Guide for ContentHubGPT

Follow these steps to set up ContentHubGPT with Okta’s SSO and JIT provisioning.

1. Prerequisites

An active Okta admin account.

2. Supported Features

IdP-initiated Single Sign-On (SSO)
Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning
SP-initiated SSO is not supported.

3. Configuration Steps

Log in to your Okta admin URL.
Click on the Hamburger menu (☰) on the top left.
Go to 'Applications' and expand the section.
Click on 'Browse App Catalog'.
Search for 'ContentHubGPT' in the application catalog.
Click on 'Add Integration' to add the ContentHubGPT application.
Go to the 'Sign On' tab.
Copy the metadata and email it to: chgpt-support@gspann.com.

4. Assign the Application

Assign the application to your organization's users.
Users will see the ContentHubGPT widget in their Okta dashboard.

5. Sign In

Users can sign in to ContentHubGPT with a single click on the ContentHubGPT widget.

6. Additional Notes

Ensure your organization's users have access to the Okta dashboard.
