Okta Integration Guide for ContentHubGPT

Follow these steps to set up ContentHubGPT with Okta’s SSO and JIT provisioning.
1. Prerequisites
  • An active Okta admin account.
2. Supported Features
  • IdP-initiated Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning
  • SP-initiated SSO is not supported.
3. Configuration Steps
  • Log in to your Okta admin URL.
  • Click on the Hamburger menu (☰) on the top left.
  • Go to 'Applications' and expand the section.
  • Click on 'Browse App Catalog'.
  • Search for 'ContentHubGPT' in the application catalog.
  • Click on 'Add Integration' to add the ContentHubGPT application.
  • Go to the 'Sign On' tab.
  • Copy the metadata and email it to: chgpt-support@gspann.com.
4. Assign the Application
  • Assign the application to your organization's users.
  • Users will see the ContentHubGPT widget in their Okta dashboard.
5. Sign In
  • Users can sign in to ContentHubGPT with a single click on the ContentHubGPT widget.

  • Ensure your organization's users have access to the Okta dashboard.
